- Built end-to-end behavioral analysis pipeline in Python (NumPy, scikit-learn, MotionMapperPy) by integrating LightningPose keypoint detection, Ensemble Kalman Smoothing across 5 camera angles, and t-SNE clustering, reducing dimensional pose data to 2D behavioral maps that revealed 13 motion patterns in Parkinson's disease mice.
- Engineered preprocessing module applying PCA, wavelet spectrograms, and 5-frame temporal subsampling to retain pose variance while eliminating positional noise, enabling reproducible cluster comparisons across MitoPark vs. control cohorts at at early and late disease timepoints.
